It was very pleasant experience for me to read your column “Tech Tonic” in HT Brunch. I never expect that such a great thing will come with Brunch. I am totally hungry about such Geeky excerpts. As, it increase IT awareness and keep you Up-to-Date. For this I have to subscribe many Blogs, and have to go through them every night. But, Most of the matter, I found, irrelevant.
I loved the contents of your writings as it is relevant and is written in a nice manner. I am very surprised that how there can be a computer without MS-Office!!!! I am quite agree with you that “Google Docs” is cool , but the most disgusting thing about this is that One need to be online to edit Docs , and you can’t carry your files in USB Drives to everywhere without caring about ?availability of Internet connection . One thing more, I would like to tell you that I am in love of OpenOffice (http://OpenOffice.org), the Sun MicroSystem’s office package and hope that it will rock in future.
I read your comments about Yahoo-MS deal and am quite sure that Yahoo! will not accept this offer till the MicroSoft raises the offer money.
I hope now that through your column I will get all HOT & HAPPENINGS of TechWorld.
But, I am little disappointed that your column will appear FORTNIGHTLY!!! Please, try to compose it WEEKLY.
